Our proposition ‘Live Brilliantly’ underpinned Inspired Homes’ entire offering – stylish, brilliantly-designed, high-spec homes, resident facilities including rooftop garden – all priced to be in reach of first time buyers.

We created a fully integrated campaign covering brand, design, digital, advertising, social media, events and PR.

Inspired Homes has grown substantially in the first year of our ‘Live Brilliantly’ campaign as has their reputation for providing affordable high-spec homes to first time buyers.

Their portfolio has grown from 188 apartments to 563 across 7 developments with even more in the pipeline. Sales figures are far exceeding targets and  Inspired Homes have featured in titles such as The Times, Property Week, Daily Mail Online & The Metro, as well as more recently winning Most Innovative Redevelopment of an Existing Building by The First Time Buyer Magazine.
