Johnny Barradale, Managing Director
After 10yrs in Sales and Marketing client-side, Johnny co-founded Edge Advertising in 1990, latterly becoming MD with Ron Leagas as Chairman. Edge acquired Feel Agency in 2005, following which Johnny recycled Feel as a stand alone ethical specialist building on wins from RSPB, Ricoh and St John Ambulance.
For Johnny, what marketing communications is really about is simply creating the environment in which a sale can be made. -

Pav is a commercial HR professional with over 17 years’ experience in cultural change, business planning and employer branding.
As a former Chief Operating Officer at Omnicom, a US global Marketing Corporation, he has earned the expertise and skills to deliver extensive cultural change strategies.
Mark has also led large scale internal communications projects for Lebara mobile, a global Mobile Virtual Network Operator in his time as Group Head of HR, managing a Europe wide cultural shift and diversity project.
